Terms Of Services / House Rules for Guests

Dear Esteemed Guests,

Welcome to IGATPURI HILLS RETREAT, where we strive to provide you with a comfortable and memorable stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly request you to adhere to the following house rules:

1. Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is at 12:30 PM, and check-out time is at 10:30 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Reservations and Bill Settlement:

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all the guests.
Full payment is required at the time of check-in.

Any additional charges incurred during your stay will be settled upon check-out.

3. Company’s Lien on Guest’s Belongings and Luggage:

The hotel reserves the right to exercise a lien over any belongings or luggage of the guest for any unpaid bills.

4. Security of Guest’s Belongings:

While we have taken every precaution to ensure the security of your belongings, we advise you to hand over the Valuables to the management for safekeeping. The hotel is not responsible for any loss of personal property.

5. Damage to Hotel Property

Any deliberate or negligent damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account. This includes, but is not limited to, room furnishings, fixtures, and electronic equipment.

6. Noise and Disruption:

Please be considerate of other guests. Excessive noise and disturbances are not permitted, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

7. Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided for your convenience.

8. Pets:

Pets are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of service animals. Please inform the front desk in advance if you will be accompanied by a service animal.

9. Prohibited Items:

The possession and use of illegal substances, firearms, explosives, and any hazardous materials are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
10. Fire Safety:

Familiarize yourself with the nearest fire exits and evacuation routes. Do not tamper with fire safety equipment. In case of a fire alarm, please evacuate the building immediately.

11. Guest Conduct:

Any behavior that is disruptive, threatening, or offensive to other guests or staff will not be tolerated. The hotel reserves the right to ask the guest to leave without a refund.

12. Management’s Right and Government Rules:

The management reserves the right to allow admission or ask guests to vacate if their conduct is deemed detrimental to the well-being of other guests or the hotel.

Guests are required to observe all government rules and regulations in force regarding registration, consumption of alcohol, and fire safety.

13. Energy Conservation:

Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when not in use.

14. Laundry Replacement:

Linens and towels will be replaced upon request by the guest. This is to promote sustainability and reduce unnecessary resource consumption.

15. Any Other:

Any other specific rules or guidelines provided by the hotel staff must be adhered to during your stay.

16. Lost Keys:

Please report lost room keys immediately. A replacement fee may be charged.

17. Feedback and Concerns:

We value your feedback. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please feel free to contact the front desk or use the feedback forms provided.
